Job Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the processes in main departments (mainly Phone Verification and Collection) in the finance company;
- Provide advice, coaching and support to the team, identifying development and training needs based on performance, prepare training materials and deliver appropriate training and coaching;
- Identifying training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
- Building annual training program and preparing teaching plans
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
- Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- Deliver training courses
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education in Diploma/bachelor’s Degree in communication/Human Resources
- Minimum 3 years working experience in similar positions
- Having Experience working in Financial Industries is an advantage
- Experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze skills gap among the employees
- Problem-solving Skills: Skills in developing solutions effective for addressing an issue
- Communication Skills: Well versed in interacting with internal and external parties
- Multi-tasking and able to prioritize duties
- Committed and reliable
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Proficiency in MS Office
