Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build up good relationships with key hospitals, while maintaining the highest compliance standards
- Prepare sales & marketing plan and achieve sales targets.
- Fix up appointments with prospective key customers and present to them the company products and services.
- Follow up the existing customers and expand the new accounts.
- Look for new business and sustain business growth by launching new products in the market.
- Work closely with other departments of the company
- Collect and analyze market information, redefine annual strategic marketing plan where necessary.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to General Manager.
- Other tasks assigned by General Manager
Job Requirements:
- Medical background is strongly preferred, or long experience in medical field.
- Familiarity with Hospital key accounts, and preferably medical equipment, a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field is a plus
- Experiences: minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing & Key Account
- Strong commitment on Sales Target and Sales Orientation.
- Excellent oral and written English skill, capable of making effective presentations
- Computer literate (especially MS. Office and PowerPoint).
- Be Honest, Friendly, Polite, hard-working, flexible and willing to work as team.
- Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
