Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee on the projects based from beginning to ending to make sure project is in secure for all components supplied
- Lead operation department and set up standard planning, procedure and strategy to achieve the company goal
- Control and lead projects to match what is the clients had required
- Manage, control, organize, directed, on machines, engineers, equipment, labours, report, quality, discipline, according on site needed by sit in the office and spot check at the reality side to find out the mistake or gap and find the solution to correct it’s in proper time.
- Be able to do the site layout, method statement, calculate note, schedule, standard report, progress report and management report.
- Manage and maintenance team by interact with team, educate, train, coach, lead, support, force and push them to achieve the goal.
- Manage and operate all the projects to answer the schedule with the high quality to keep the good branding and compete all the requirement
- Controlling the effective costing to help the company to gain more margin
- Identify risk managements with excellent solution from Tender process up to get award and continue to site implementation.
- Apply compliance through the project standard
- Deal daily matter to make sure operation running smoothly
- Participate on bidding process
- Support sales-team to gain the projects in term of technical
- Be able to do R&D to develop technical, report and others to make sure the products and service of the company is up to the market and also provide training to the OP team to enhance the quality of them.
- Complete others job assigned by CEO/DCEO
Job Requirements:
- At lease from 5 to 7years with strongly experience relative to construction and project management of if experience in foundation based is more preferable.
- Master degree or PHD at Civil engineering field or if from Foundation based is more preferable.
- English in business proficiency level
- Effective communication skills, Management skill & convincing skill
- Ability to work under pressure and manage on multi-tasks
- High responding by be able to work in night time to support to make sure operation still can be run smoothly.
- Initiative, creative, high passionate and commitment
- Strong leadership and management
- Chinese speaking is preferable
