Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative input and support to coordinate supplies and manage contractors.
- Provide effective office support to maintain normal operation and replenishment of office equipment and supplies.
- Provide timely and accurate statistics and reports of office supplies and fleet management
- Report on suppliers’ service quality and implement actions to correct the deviation in quality.
- Ensure all administrative functions are efficiently and effectively managed.
- Participate in special projects and assist in all administrative matters.
- Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently throughout the company.
- Coordinate and periodic check up on R&M of office building, vehicle, office equipment etc.
- Prepare monthly performance evaluation on actual performance of those managed suppliers
- Assist with finance team on fixed asset count and tag twice per year
- Monthly report from visiting each service point as well as service center with recommended solution.
- Process renewal of license and tax with related Ministry based on the announcement and expiry date
- Coordinate on fly and accommodation booking for both internal and external staff
- Control and update on insurance contract and report of vehicle
- Perform any other tasks as assigned when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field is required.
- Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
- Good computer skill (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, and Email)
- Two years of experience in related capacity. Experiencing in Finance is an advantage.
- Professionalism, honesty, integrity and teamwork.
- Strong organization skills.
- Smart, able to work under pressure and complete work with deadline
