Job Responsibilities:
- Plays a key role in maintaining tracking, files up-to-date including uniform tag report and expense report.
- Responsible for office stationary supply and controlling.
- Display job posting via public job announcement websites.
- Provide recruitment updates to all Management as and when applicable
- Supervises proper maintenance of the filing system.
- Responsible for staff attendance checking.
- Collate all exit interview feedback and produce the monthly report.
- Issue letters and book exit interviews for all staffs who have resigned and ensure that the clearance process is completed and final payment is organized
- Process all staff status changes and register profiles for new starters and leavers for the monthly payroll
- Updating and tracking annual and probation period appraisals
- Interacts and cooperates with various departments
- Assist staff will all HR related queries and questions
Job Requirements:
- English Compulsory, good at speaking & writing.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate with staff at all levels
- Ability to manage a number of tasks at any one time
