Job Responsibilities:
- Control, check and maintain time keeping and finger print machine.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Keep all administrative forms, policies control and personnel records.
- Ensure employees well-being by providing administrative supports as required.
- Assist in ordering, receiving, storing and distribution of office supplies & materials.
- Maintain office supply include stationary.
- Assist in canteen management and staff
- Update computer with timely and valid information when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- BA in HR Management or other related fields;
- Experience in HR and Admin or similar type of work for 1 year is encourage to apply;
- Knowledge of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Problem solving and analytical skills;
- Positive attitude toward learning, problem solving, team work and work under pressure;
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills;
