Job Responsibilities:
- Controlling the company's stock;
- Have the experience of project management;
- Carrying out all secretarial and administrative duties to enable smooth running of the office;
- Taking minutes at meetings ensuring all key points are captured, summarized and effectively presented to the manager;
- Managing diaries, arranging internal and external meetings and conference calls, receiving visitors ensuring that each meeting is seamlessly executed;
- Preparing Power Point presentations and other material for meetings/ committees;
- Correspondence-drafting, checking and/or proofreading as needed;
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner;
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments;
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages;
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues;
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies;
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues, and
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or related field;
- Minimum 02 year experience of Office & Project Management;
- Honest, highly and reliable;
- Good computer literacy (Internet & Email, Ms. Word & Excel);
- Ability manage multiple tasks;
- Good communicator, possess strong decision-making skills;
- Good team player;
- Good writing and speaking of English language or/and others;
- Able work independently as team, and
- Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, commitment, comet-ence motivation.
