Job Responsibilities:
- Hosting and typing letter;
- Answering phone and transfer to appropriate personnel;
- Managing and distributing stationeries to staffs;
- Filing administration documents;
- Preparing an appointment with external guests, and
- Provide qualify and courteous service in order to ensure the satisfaction of clients, and internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Age: 22-30 years
- Completed the secondary school or vocational training program
- One year experience in secretary field
- Must be experience in agenda or minute taker
- Communication skills by phone
- Computer word processing & e-mail and
- Bilingualism Khmer or English (both speaking and writing)
