Job Responsibilities:
- Booking all Purchase Order that made by Manager
- Forecast sales and budget orders: controlling the cost of the goods ordered and purchase the required material at minimum possible price.
- Keep up-to-dated trends
- Order merchandise and building strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure a variety of merchandise.
- Understand the target market.
- Monitor stock levels: controlling inventory levels to avoid stock-out situations.
- Check Purchase Report
- Making Purchase Planning.
- Check Purchasing Tracking.
- Identify, Control and develop purchasing processes and practices, to ensure council obtains the best value for expenditure on goods and services.
- Creating purchasing projects and tasks: Analyze sale report then make forecasting on Demand Planning.
- Other reports that required by GM.
Job Requirements:
- At least graduated bachelor degree of Business Administrative or relevant fields.
- Preferable with experience in using Sage ERP Accpac 6.0 Accounting System.
- Healthy and strong physical abilities to pick up heavy things.
- Willing to learn and patient to adapt with new product arrangement.
- 3 year experience involved with stock/inventory arrangement is a plus.
