Job Responsibilities:
*General responsibilities
- Provide unique, memorable and professional service to Guests reflecting our image of The Green Palace Hotel.
- Communicate in a friendly, tactful and professional manner with Guest, suppliers and fellow Staff Members.
- Be informed and keep your supervisor informed of all matters that may affect your work, the hotel’s service or reputation.
- Always present a clean and tidy appearance in accordance with the hotel’s grooming standards

- Always extend friendly and caring service to every Guest that walks through our door.

*Technical Competency
- Report all incidents, accidents and complaints in briefings.
- Handle cashiering duties in accordance with policies & procedures.
- Provide service to Guests in accordance with service standards.
- Know the menu/special promotions as well as prices by heart and assist Guest with recommendations.
- Prepare the outlet/function room for service.
- Know the menu/special promotions and assist Guests with recommendations.
- Know your role in case of a hotel emergency such as fire, bomb threat etc.
- Ensure all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with established standards.
Job Requirements:
- One year experience related field
- Good command of English
- Willing to learn for the new experience.
- Good personality, friendly and team work.
- Be neatly dressed and well-groomed
- Good attitude and high morality with honestly
- High commitment and passion to work
