Job Responsibilities:
- Implement the policies and structure of the company locally.
- Provide training (software, hardware, platform, etc.) to staff and clients.
- Be responsible to the indicator of Turnaround time, Bounce repair rate, stock turnaround rate etc.
- Coordinate with the Authorized service provider to deliver a high level service to the brand’s users.
- Expand the aftersales network according to the strategy of the company.
- Monitor the work of the service servers and report the situation on time.
- Establish a solid and professional service team.
Job Requirements:
- Age: 23-40
- Salary:Negotiable
- At least two years of related experience in leadership of after-sales service groups. Have your own thinking about after-sales operations and procedures.
- Know the key responsibilities and positions and manage them to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be familiar with CRM or IT system to collect information from customers, spare parts and other data. Operation with SAP is a plus.
- Be able to communicate at different levels and achieve team goals.
- Have self-motivation and work independently.
