Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process
- Drafting employment contract and conducting orientation.
- Manage employee data such as updating organization structure and staff information
- Monthly Payroll
- Compliance service with Ministry of labor
- Supporting the HR and administrative issues
- Monitoring office operations
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current Cambodian labor law
- Other tasks assigned by Top managers.
Job Requirements:
- One to two year working experience in HR & Admin
- Majoring in HR & Admin or related field
- Honest and hardworking is a must
- Computer Literate ( MS Word, Email, and Excel)
- Be able to write and speak English and Chinese
