Job Responsibilities:
- Control and check staff attendant , assist in payroll and pay slips preparation
- To ensure confidentiality of all documents for all staff and record in order
- Assist and prepare documents for training program or orientation for new staff
- Assist the recruitment process
- Develop training courses and materials such as manual, training documents/handouts
- Coordinate with various parties to arrange trainings according to the plan
- Collect monthly schedule from each department and report to HR Manager
- Other duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of HR Management or other related filed
- At least three years working experiences for the related field
- Knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Khmer
- Good organizational skills and time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and E-mail
- Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills, honesty, friendly and flexible
- Able to communicate with all management levels
- Able to work with shift schedule (weekend and holiday shift)
