Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct training need assessment (TNA)
- Assist direct manager to make training plan and training calendar
- Work closely with department managers and branch managers to determine training objectives and timeframe
- Design and develop training courses, training methodology and materials
- Design and develop training evaluation (pre-training, during-training, and post training)
- Facilitate and conduct training delivery
- Take a lead in orientation training sessions (company’s vision, mission, core values and code of conduct) for new hires
- Work closely with department managers and branch managers to request external training if necessary and in conjunction with affordable training budget
- Make and ensure training binding contract with approved external training request based upon training policy and procedure
- Initiate award/certificate of completion designs
Trainee Supervision
- Take a lead and work closely with HR colleagues, team leaders, supervisors to acquire internship talents (trainee recruitment) including university visits, career
opportunity exhibition
- Participate in recruiting potential trainees including, ability test designs and interviewing sessions
- Coordinate and process supporting documents and paper works for trainees such as training agreement, work station and accessories, and so on, which are
- Administer trainee data and information (list of trainee) and generate reports when needed
- Actively collaborate with team leaders, supervisors, managers to follow up trainee’s internship progress
- Maintain and strengthen code of conduct and discipline for trainees
- Assist direct manager to map internship/training course package program
- Prepare and update monthly allowance for trainees and send to direct manager to review
- Coordinate and process trainee’s performance evaluation at an end of each term
- Assist direct manager to develop policies and procedures
- Other projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- A holder of bachelor/master degree of at least one of these fields: business administration, human resources management, psychology, education, or other related
social sciences
- Have huge and practical knowledge and experience in soft skills such as communication/interpersonal relation, supervision and leadership, time management,
stress management, team building and team work, self-motivation, constructive feedback, and so on
- Minimum consecutive 3-year working experience as soft skills trainer
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English, both verbal and no-verbal
- Be creative, fast-learner, flexible, hard-working, decisive, problem-solving, and result-oriented
- Strong work planning and managing skill
- Be able to work under tough deadline and pressure
- Good spirit of team member
