Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire activities of the Sales and Marketing Division
- Lead, Manage, develop and train the Sales Executives to optimize sales, offer an excellent service to clients and develop a truly customer services/sales driven
- Be committed to and work towards achieving the standards of investors in people and Hospitality assured meetings, to ensure that staff are aware if business
objective understand their role in achieving them and are encouraged to enable to undertake training and development.
Marketing Division
- Prepare an annual sales and marketing strategy and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Oversee all advertising, publicity and brand management.
- Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Based on marketing reports and sales performance revise strategies accordingly on weekly basis and submit to the Chief Executive Officer.
Sale Division
- Achieve agreed monthly Sale targets in accordance with the Sale & Marketing business plan.
- Liaise and build effective relationships with internal/external service provider and customers.
Customer relationship
- Oversee all customer inquiries and requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
- Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management to inform on implications/future sales strategies.
Product Research & Development
- Oversee product research and development according to market trends and customer demand.
- Coordinate feasibility studies on proposed products.
- To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
Other duties
- Liaise with line departments with regards to performance on manufacturing, transportation of goods to customers, and invoicing.
- Appraise the performance of the Marketing and Sales team members.
- Review requests by line managers to recruit new employees and make appropriate recommendations to the Human Resource Department.
Job Requirements:
- Master degree or Bachelor degree in Sale & Marketing Management
- Tertiary qualified in relevant field
- At least 3 year significant experience in a quality Sale manager function
- High level of English verbal and written
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer skills: Ms. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Demonstrated team contribution skills
- Ability to work with all levels of staff, expat and local
- Good at time management and Leadership
- Can work under Pressure
