Job Responsibilities:
- Implement HR policy and labor law
- Review employee benefit program , HR policy and procedure across the company
- Manage payroll process
- Manage recruitment and selection process
- Facilitate line manager for workforce planning
- Oversee and manage yearly performance appraisal
- Access training need and monitor training program
- Provide consultation to line manager related to employee issue and manage all disciplinary issue
- Manage procurement and logistic
- Others task assigned by Managing Director
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR and admin
- knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Problem Solving Skills, Supervisory Skills and Organizational Leadership Skills
- Knowledge in Cambodia labor Laws and Regulations
- Experience leading and developing a team of HR
- Experience creating and delivering soft skills training and working with teams to improve their performance
- Ability to work a cross cultural environment
- Good in English
- Able to work under pressure
