Job Responsibilities:
**Customer Service Responsibilities are:

- Answer the telephone and transfer them to appropriate staff members.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Answer the inquiries from unit owners, tenants and/or residences about the company services
- Report daily problems solved and unsolved to management
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing,
and filing.
- Collect the payment when is assigned
- Show the walk-in customer the apartment
- Report and record all requests / issues / complaints from unit owners, tenants and/or residences to building manager for solution
- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Female, minimum 22 years old
• Bachelor degree or under graduate in Business Administrative, Tourism, English Literature and related fields.
• Good in English both in speaking and writing; Either Chinese or Japanese is plus
• Minimum 1-year experience in customer service
• Good communication and relationship skills
• Computer skill (Microsoft office)
• Willing to work in team rotate
