Job Responsibilities:
+ Support the development and maintaining FF Learning and Development policy and program

- Support the development and regularly review the learning and development policy and program
- Design training materials and resources for employee development
- Develop learning approach which integrates different learning modes, such as coaching, classroom instruction, online learning and action learning for FF
- Develop and implement tool to measure training/development program

+ Facilitate/Execute Staff Development Initiatives and Training

- Conduct NTA survey and support the development Yearly Total Training Plan and Calendar
- Support the development annual staff development budget
- Implement the induction program and dedicated training as per calendar to make sure staffs are able to performs their job well
- Implement the talent management program to groom them be able to take over their job
- Design training material and deliver internal training as per total training plan
- Work with external training provider to deliver training program to relevant FF staff

+ Manage learning & development database

- Design and manage learning & development database
- Key in training data into database to make sure that they are accurate, punctuality and generate reports for relevant stakeholders
- Manage and reinforce Library of FF to ensure that all documentations are properly placed and up to date

+ General business operations

- Communicate regularly and effectively with different team members
- Attend 1-1 and team meetings
- Participate in training and professional development activities
- Share with others ideas, concerns and/or challenges
- Perform other duties as and when required by superiors.
- Participate in external HR forums and networking groups
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Management or related
- 2-year experience in learning and development
- Experiences in financial industry is a plus
- Interpersonal and Listening skill
- Facilitation skill
- Instructional designing
- Computer skill (Microsoft Office)
- Khmer and English language
