Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Branch Manager to prepare and forecast the branch monthly and annual budget
- Closely monitor the branch business budget plan and expenses through working closely with Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Operations Manager in Phnom Penh
- Supervise the branch Receptionists, Admin Clerk, Sanitor and Security Guard
- Manage branch transportation, training room, and office arrangement
- Record and monitor the branch utilities consumption (electricity, water etc.)
- Manage the branch fixed assets
- Manage the evacuation plan/Fire drill (acting as Tenant Marshall)
- Arrange staff ID Card, Building Access Card, Name Card and seating space
- Request, stock, deliver and track usage of stationeries, drinking water, staff refreshment and other household items (i.e. tissues, toilet paper, washing liquid)
- Initiate and enforce the execution of the branch operational processes for business operation efficiency and effectiveness
- Be a contact person policy alteration and claim
- Handle customer queries, requests and complaints
- Closely work with property team for maintenance and security
- Work with EDP Development Manager, Area Manager, and Branch Manager for on-site logistic support of the branch sale activities/events
- Verify and liaise with Life Consultants, EDP to ensure the completeness of Applications
- Properly keyed-in applications in LAS, scanned and uploaded onto Security File Transfer Protocol
- Coordinate with Provincial Department of Labor and Vocational Training on the declaration of personnel movement,
- Host inspection visit of the officers from relevant authorities (i.e. Provincial Department of Labor and Vocational Training)
- Perform other legal, risk, and compliance related tasks for the branch when required
Job Requirements:
- 3-year experience in Financial Services operation support.
- At least 1-year experience in leading a good team
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics
- Highly ambitious, independent thinker, disciplinary and high level of empathy

- Being good at listening skills, teamwork and demonstrates intellectual curiosity.
- Good problem solving, critical thinking, and motivation/energetic skill
- Good knowledge of preparing and monitoring the business plan
