Job Responsibilities:
• Recruit and oversee dealer in assigned area.
• Supervise dealers and staff to ensure achieve customer’s need.
• Provide training to sales team and customers and ensure that quality of user is met our standard and requirement.
• Ensure the quality of the network for customer satisfaction.
• Developing and implementing marketing plans to acquiring new customers, keeping old ones, and generally achieving and surpassing sales goals.
• Able to develop effective networking strategies.
• Handle dealer’s complaints and provide potential solution to dealers if problem occurred.
• Manage day to day operation in depot.
• Responsible for monthly depot sales target and yearly depot sales target.
• Perform daily stock count and sign off with cashier.
• Guard and Cleaner monitoring
• Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
• Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and end year reports.
• Facilitate reliable delivery of product training with Payroll user.
• Ensure necessary customer documents are returned within the set timeline.
• Handle Speedwind’s partner and customer questions, complain and solutions propose.
• Follow up dealer for sales progress.
• Gather feedback from corporate partner and customer to develop recommended solutions.
• Follow work plan consistently according to standard working procedure.
• Give presentations to both existing and prospective customers on company’s product, replying on sound technical selling skills, as well as on deep product knowledge.
Job Requirements:
• Able to travel to province (Kratie, T'bong Khmum, Steung Treng, Ratanakiri and Mondulkiri)
• At least 02 years’ sale experience with local or international organisations
• Have ecperience in FMCG fields is plus
• Very Good English skill (Khmer language essential)
• Able to communicate in English
• Proven success in communicating effectively to all points of contact with customers, including liaison with line manager.
• Experience in selling to customers based in a diverse range of industries.
• Familiarity and confidence in discussing technologically driven product solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines and complex issues.
• Experience in successfully managing expectations of multiple parties, internal and external.
• Ability to remain intergraded to a team, while working remotely and independently.
• Innovative, creative, flexible and conscientious with high-level communication skills.
