Job Responsibilities:
The Head of Finance is responsible for the financial well-being of the KK Fund Leasing Plc. They develop strategies and plans for the organization’s long-term financial objectives, produce financial reports, and direct investment activities.

I. Finance Task
-Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
-Management of day-to-day activities of the Finance Division personnel
-Regular performance assessment of Finance Division personnel, proposals for salary and career development or outsourcing and dismissal.
-Conduct of Training to accountants and branch manager to using operation systems of KK Fund
-Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives.
-Manage and preparation company budget and business plan.
-Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.
-Prepare SME CIFRS for report
-Ensure that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
-Manage employees and contractors who are responsible for financial reporting and budgeting
-Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
-Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits.
-Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth/expansion.
-To further develop, operate, monitor and report on the MIS of KK FUND Plc. to meet the MIS needs for implementing KK FUND’s leasing policies and procedures and to comply with reporting requirements set by the supervisory authority and Credit bureau Cambodia.
-To monitor and report on financial control to verify that branch and head office staff follow policy and procedures properly and in compliance with all regulations of the National Bank of Cambodia.
II. HR Task
-Collaborates with related department to ensure the implementation of internal regulations, operating principles and procedures.
-Participate in recruiting, organizing human resources and educating subordinate staff and relevant expertise to ensure full capacity for effective job performance.
-Leads Team work, evaluates performance, and encourages staff to undertake effective and responsible work in a responsible and regular manner;
-Monitors and guides staff on their work ethics and behavior, especially when servicing clients
-Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by CEO
Job Requirements:
-Graduated BBA or MBA degree in banking/finance, accounting, preferably ACCA qualified.
-More than 5-year experience of Accounting/Financing/Auditing Management Role and preferably within External Audit Firm, Financial Leasing and Banking
-Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including project, Word and Excel skills (incl. Mbwin System, Crystal, Word, Excel and PowerPoint on Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new software systems.
-Excellent time management and organizational skills
-Independent judgement and decision making ability
-Excellent communication and leadership skill
-Action oriented and results driven
-Extensive knowledge of the financial accounting principles and procedures and the Micro-Banker system.
-Possess strong problem solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
-Spoken and written English proficiency
