Job Responsibilities:
- Daily checking fingerprint.
- Prepare report monthly attendant, late, leave.
- Monitor the rule implementation by employees.
- Ensure recruitment process are smoothly.
- Filling employee contract and background.
- Monitor employee abandon/resigned.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Supervise recruiting personnel
- Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Management or Business.
- At least 2 years working experiences with related field.
- Strong commitment, good communication skill and management skills.
- Good Problem solving and be able to work under pressure.
- Able to handle Health, Security and Safety management.
- Be strict on the discipline.
- Good inter-personal skill.
- High management and leadership skill.
- Be honest and trustworthy.
