Job Responsibilities:
• Job announcement & posting, short list candidates, interview schedule, conducting interviews, job offer up to completion of recruitment process.
• Assist HR & Admin Manager in payroll process
• Database & personal file.
• Control and follow up medical expense / claim
• Coordinate performance management process annually.
• Assist to organize and coordinate events of company
• Perform another task assigned by HR & Admin Manager
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree of Administration or equivalent field. 1-2 years’ experience in similar functions.
• Ability to develop and drive new things
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good experience in computer/MS Words/Excel/Power Point etc.
• Some Knowledge of relevant Cambodian labor law.
