Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional consultation and assistance to our clients and business partners about our products, Claim Procedures and Renewals via phone calls, emails and direct meetings.
- Meet our clients outside of our office from time to time to discuss about any specific requests from them.
- Manage Hotline (24/7) with team members during non working hours.
- Ensure appropriate decisions, measure the effectiveness of the decision to improve internal & external customer satisfaction.
- Work with Client, Claim Department, Accounthandler, Treating Hospital and related party(s) to complete all Pending Claim.
- Manage Premium Collection and Renewal processes with clients and brokers.
- Cooperate with Brokers to generate Claim Experience Report.
- Communicate with our hospital partners on regular Reimbursement of Claims.
- Maintain Quarterly Relationship Calls to clients on a monthly basis.
- Identify problems, issues and flaws within our work field for improvement.
- Drive continuous improvement and simplification towards the system and process for efficiency improvement / internal control enhancement.
- Bring new ideas, skills and experience to improve the quality of our processes.
- Extra tasks to be assigned by your Head of Department.
Job Requirements:
- Have a strong medical background (Medical Doctor or nurse is preferred.)
- At least a university student or graduate in medical field
- Have at least 1 year of work experience in relevant field
- Proficient in Khmer and English language (speaking, writing and reading)
- Have at least basic Computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Internet and Email.
- Must be an individual who is willing to learn and enthusiastic in Customer Services, good team player and being able to work independently.
