Job Responsibilities:
* Collection Result and Policy;
- To reduce the NPL Rate and manage the litigation case;
- To make the collection policy;
- To manage on budget and actual expense related to overdue debts;

* Leadership and Management
- Effectively lead the Collection Department to ensure good performance with departments;
- Effectively manage the department in an effective manner;
- To manage the provision account for bad debt and NBC report;
- To make the bad debt budget plan and forecast;
- To handle on the loan re-schedule and bad debt write-off and manage the customer service (after disbursal);
- To review & analyze overdue date and feedback to another department;

* Mortgage management
- To manage the motorbike registration certificate (withdraw);
- To manage the collateral product and repossession from customer for reselling;
- To control the customer inquiry about the early payment and other reports;

* Planning
- To perform other tasks assigned by Japanese management;
- Effectively resources planning for Collection Department (also for Human Resources & Financial Resources;
- Coordinate with collection MG, AMG, for effectively plan Day-to-Day planning for collection staff;
- Effectively plan for collection staff (Both Phone & Field Collection) required base on the active/ overdue customers;

* Coordination
- Externally Coordinate with relevant stake holder related to collection task such as Local Authority in all levels;
- Internally Coordinate with all departments for smoothly implementation of collection tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Salary (Negotiation);
- Work from Monday to Saturday (Day Off: Sunday and 01-day rotation);
- 30$ per month for Traveling from home to work;
- 300$ for staff Baby Delivery both male staff and female staff;
- 100$ for staff’s Marriage & 100$ for Funeral Contribution;
- 200% Overtime on public holiday;
- 18 days per year for Annual leave, 6 days Sick leave, 7 days Special leave, and Public holiday;
- 50$ per staff/year on Outpatient Coverage and 50$ per child/ year;
- Annual Health Check with Private Hospital covered by company;
- Annual Salary Increase and Seniority Payment (15 days of salary per year);
- Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben Bonus and Bonus depend on - lease with low interest rate;
- Insurance NSSF and Motor Insurance covered by company;
- HR compliance fee such as Workbook, Health Check up with Ministry of Labor;
- Contract Type: Unfixed Duration Contract (UDC)

** Requirement:
- Bachelor degree of finance and banking, accounting, or related field;
- At least 5-year work experience in MFI or Banking;
- Good at time management and leadership;
- Strong commitment and able to work under pressure;
- Able to use Word, Excel, and Email;
- Good in English communication;
