Job Responsibilities:
A plant manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the daily operations of a manufacturing plant. This includes developing efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs. The plant manager works directly with department heads to coordinate purchasing, production and distribution operations. Duties include instituting policies and procedures, training supervisors and administrators, maintaining a production schedule, giving performance reviews and motivating staff to meet production goals. The plant manager is also responsible for upholding a safe work environment.

• Set up smooth operation for Batching Plant SHV
• Managing fleet, production more efficiency
• Managing quality & Material more efficiency
• Managing a clear structure for H & People cost more efficiency
• Monitor the whole operation of Department
• Maintain high occupancy level through support of and participation maintenance activities
• Manage and lead the whole of logistic operation to ensure the operational excellence of the whole order fulfillment cycle from goods receipt to delivery to provide for timely logistics solutions for customers.
• Control and prepare trucks to deliver product to customer’s site on time
• Manage the daily operation including transportation arrangement
• Formulate policies and set operating procedures for inventory, warehouse and logistics
• Product development and preparing Biz plan
• Research and analyses the market information including competitor information
• Develop and work on continuous improvement of guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure consistent deliveries of goods from batching plant to customer’s site
• Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities
• To continuously review all aspects of the operations including logistics flow, procedure to achieve and improve internal Key performance indicators to meet the business objectives of the Company
• Various task assigned by Managing Director

Job Requirements:
II-Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Business and other equivalent degree
• At least useful 3 years work experience in similar position
• Experiences in Concrete or related field
• Enable to set up Biz Mechanical
• Self-Motivated, creative, excited by challenge, and a good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer, understand other Asian language will be an added advantage
• Good project management skills, presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and leadership and team management skills
• Be friendly, flexible, honestly, responsibility, hardworking, and be able to work under the pressure
• Skillful in computer application including word, excel, and power point
