Job Responsibilities:
• Brand plan & promotion executed as per commitment
• Local promotion planned, executed as per approved by NKA Manager
• Weekly evaluated promotion status by channel & provided recommendation to NKA Manager if needed
• Conduct regular visit to retail outlet with LAM to ensure continuous excellent service delivery/relationship/execution is provided.
• Develop and regular update of PioS Map of CVS customer.
• Maintain existing and develop the modern channel, i.e Organized CVS, and Petrol Mart channel and other various prestige account through the implementation of defined packing and competitive pricing strategies, innovation program & high commitment to customer service
• Implement Collaborating for value and Commercial customer strategies
• Upholding disciplined & relevant processes for the customer business development planning (Revenue Growth Management), customer business review and in-store execution review.
• Maintain Phnom Penh key account customer database and support key account customer strategy and process to ensure these customers are served appropriately to maintain credible relationship based on trust and sense of being a real business partner
• Create in-store marketing and digital marketing program to build business proposal both current customer and new customer.
• 100% achievement of merchandising target/standards per BP & KPIs commitment
• Follow up RED report to improved RED score & conformity score
• Ensure cooler are cleaned, pure, good location & ON
• Twice yearly performance review conducted by end of June & end of December
• 100% compliance to BIG PDP guidelines
• Before recruited ensure that 100% is fit to competency requirement
• Control turnover less than Company standards
Job Requirements:
• 3 - 5years experiences in Sales or Account Development (FMCG Company)
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Marketing or Management or related major
• Experiences in team management & client management with a strong interpersonal skill
• Leadership, staff management and Problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strong commitment and able to work under pressure.
