Job Responsibilities:
1. The most significant responsibility of Sales Supervisor is keeping his/her team motivated to close sales, S/he sets weekly, monthly, and annual goals for the Sales Team to work towards, and track these goals by meeting with agents on a regular basis, They also conduct team meetings and offer advice to achieve goals
2. Sales Supervisor will responsible for conducting interviews and hiring condominium sales executives. S/he develops and implements training programs that teach sales team how to get customers, negotiate to close deals, acquire financing, and properly fill out sale paperwork.
3. Support manager to conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
4. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
5. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to heir wishes and concerns
6. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
7. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
8. Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
9. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions conferences, workshop and seminar.
10. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
11. Collaborate with team to achieve better results
12. Other tasks will assign by Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Requirements:
1. At least Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant fields and minimum 2 years experiences as a sales executive or relevant role
2. Good at English, Chinese is a plus advantage
3. Good knowledge of MS Office
4. Good understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
5. Fast learner and passion for sales
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
7. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
