Job Responsibilities:
Job Description
- Listening to customer requirement and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
- Manage and control operating expenses to maximize net property income for our properties.
- Preparing and manage monthly & annual budget and reports which cover the financial performance of the asset, operating budgets & capital expenditure, sales & leasing matters, rental collection, etc.
- Verify and certify all payment and claims.
- All sales & leasing related matters such as sourcing for prospect, build up relationship with property agency, tenants, etc. to build up data and customer base.
- Customer relationship management such as working through solutions to meet residences/ tenants/ buyers/public requests, handling complaint & feedbacks, etc.
- Able to solve problems and handle emergency cases.
- Review policies and practice to achieve desired results.
- Monthly audit & evaluate awarded contractor performance.
- Planning for marketing & advertising events.
- 6 days’ work week
- Annual leave 7 days
- Stationed at Sihanoukville
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree at Sale & Marketing or relevant filed
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate.
- Minimum 2 years management experience (asset, property or operations)
- Medium to advanced Excel knowledge
- Medium to advanced PowerPoint
- Medium to advanced Adobe Pro
- Experience in Asset Management preferred
- Experience with Property Management software, Yardi etc. is preferred
- Experience with CRMs, Juniper Square etc. is preferred

Working Hour/day:
- 8:00am to 5:00pm (1 Hour lunch break)
- Monday to Saturday – 6 days/week
