Job Responsibilities:
• Industrial Park Standard Development and Inspection:
o Coordinate with construction team to ensure good quality and high standard of the infrastructure, landscape, and structure of the building/factory to attract investors.
• Tenant Acquisition:
o Sort and screen tenants, leases, and buyers, to fit with the right location, making sure they have all necessary provisions, and all facilities are in place before clients move in.
o Monitor all property services to gain client satisfaction and continued support, and increase income.
• Policy Development:
o Update manual guidelines, workflow process, and standard operating procedures of maintenance, security, infrastructure, etc. to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
o Ensure guidelines and relevant procedure are well implemented and compliant.
o Monitor the effectiveness of the implementation and make improvements.
• Safety Assurance:
o Oversee the CCTV operation, public safety, road/drainage maintenance systems, and emergency systems to make sure everything is compliant to related laws and met security safety requirement.
o Improve the performance and quality control of cleaning and maintenance management, security, gardening, and infrastructure to ensure smooth running and safety of the industrial Parks and ultimately win the clients’ trust.
o Set schedule to inspect the required facilities in each factory in conjunction with the Cambodian Labor Law and provides recommendations/suggestions to improve the operating systems.
• Problem Solving and manpower management:
o Liaise with authorities to settle relevant issues smoothly
o Manage staffs under supervision to be motivated and create good and productive work environments
o Conduct training courses related to procedures and manual guidelines to facilitate the work process well
o Make monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports of operational activities.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor or Master Degree of Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Good at interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work on multiple projects.
• At least 3-5 years experiences in related fields.
• Able to use Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Good command in English both speaking and writing & Chinese is a plus.
