Job Responsibilities:
- Check worker and staff OT claim, work and other allowance
- Prepare monthly NSSF report
- Prepare employee employment contract
- Manage and control leaves and absenteeism and labor turned over
- Prepare employee movement declaration (staffs join and resign) to MLVT
- Prepare all cash advance, expense claim and reimbursement to account Dept.
- Manage HR function from recruitment to termination of contract
- Manage and control IFOX HR system
- Able to analysis/diagnose people issue and concerned
- To be attention of supervise with company structure
- Assist to HRM for prepared all any application to department and ministry concerned
- Other tasks assigned by HR and Compliance Assistant Manager
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or Law
- At least 1 or 2 years of work experience in human resource field
- Experience in private sector or Garment factory is highly desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Fluent and conversational English skill is required
- Good knowledge of local labor law and local HR practices
- Highly experienced in employee relations/ solving problem
