Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise such as Time Card Controller, Stock controller, Purchase Assistant
- Manage small petty cash for purchase goods for small amount
- Sum up daily/ weekly expenses and send to head office
- Supervise Time Card Controller to obtain regularly and verify attendant of staff and workers every day and pass attendant records to head office weekly
- Supervise Stock Controller to ensure material mobilization
- Supervise Purchase Assistant to purchase material at site with small amount
- Arrange process to recruit workers at site
- General admin support to site engineers
- Workload varies from general routine jobs to tasks carrying responsibility and requiring good planning and organization
- Solving problems Internal and External company
Job Requirements:
- English: excellent( both writing & speaking)
- Degree in related field is preferable.
- Analytical and problem solving skills, team building, supervisory skills
- Good personality and able to work under pressure
- Minimum 1 year or 2 years experiences in Admin work and with construction company is a plus
- Knowledge of general administration
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skill
Flexible and reliable person
- Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
