Job Responsibilities:
- To plan, organize, lead and control all activities, menu's services of the food and beverage.
- To continuously train, strongly encourage and facilitate the development of each employee.
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure that delivery is made at the highest standards.
- Keep excellent quality of service for customers.
- Discipline when employees don’t follow regulations and or duties.
- Maintain excellent relationship with all restaurant guests during service hours.
- Act immediately on all customers complaints to ensure that corrections are made properly.
- Manage and motivate the service team.
- To develop and sustain good hygiene practices.
- Check the restaurant area to ensure that they are in good condition and clean. For any repairs and maintenance report to the Food & Beverage Manager.
- Provide special service as designated for VIP guests.
- Check appearance of food and beverage to be served.
- Supervise the renewal of menus by working closely with Chef and Manager.
- Prepare and review annual budget, prepare monthly/annual reports.
- Be responsible for security and hygiene.
- Be responsible for the daily closing of cash desks.
- Be responsible for the daily closing of stock inventory.
- Liaise with the Food & Beverage Manager as much as required.
- Report any losses, breakages, accidents to department involve for taking immediate action.
- Deal effectively, courteously and politely with other supervisors and colleagues and work to attain the best possible standards of cleanliness and service.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years’ Experience in Restaurant Manager or degree in food service management or related field.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
- Mature business Manager with a strong background in Customers’ services.
- Strong leadership with managerial talent, able to coach and motivate all staffs.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Be able to work under pressure and reach objectives.
- Passionate with public relation and costumer contact.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Creative, self-motivation, able to explore new ideas.
- Work Independent and flexibility.
- Honest, hardworking, flexible, highly responsible and able to work independently.
