Job Responsibilities:
• To manage and direct a sales team to the company’s goals and objectives within the District
• Monitoring and Lead sales team to increase the sales volume
• Monitoring POSM, distributor and customer
• Excel in maintaining and building good relationship with distributor, sales and outlet owners
• Complete the report following the schedule
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting annual sales
• Monitor all POSM are allocated to the right place at outlets
• Convince new outlets to be the company’s outlets
• Attack competitor outlets through providing excellent service and BA
• Maintain current dealers and build good relationship with potential outlets and customers
• Monitor and review sales performance of outlets
• Monitor, execute, coach and motivate subordinate that all QAAP concepts are carried out
Job Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Good Computer literacy: Ms. Office, Internet and E-mail
• Loyal, flexible, and innovative
• Can keep the calm in stressful situation
• Natural leader with proven management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
• Demonstrate knowledge in area of sales
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales/marketing, or another related field
• 3+ years sales experiences in beverage industry or FMCG
• Experience forecasting sales and building a customer base
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Demonstrate knowledge in area of sales
• Comfortable with some travel
• Able to work independence and work as a team
• Valid car driving license.
