Job Responsibilities:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Profitability, Revenue Growth and Service Level (KPIs) of existing key accounts
- As primary contact for key accounts and engage new business opportunities as required and deliver value and best customer experience
- Cultivate vital relationship management, while delivering a focused account profitability and growth target.
- Responsible for creating, implementing, developing and executing individual key account’s strategies to support service level quality, KPIs and relationship management/development.
- Key communication and contact point for all daily operation issues and exceptional reporting.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Secure and develop continuity of strategic key accounts customer relationships, negotiating the appropriate framework to ensure sustainability and profitability across all products level and functional relationships
- Create own pipeline of business development growth targets within the assigned client portfolio accounts and delivers new local and freehand business within the portfolio
- Focus on building strong account management relationships by fully understanding the Customer’s strategic direction. Works to provide solutions with a focus on long term relationship growth
- Develop a strong working relationship with the Agency Partners’ and Shippers’ customer Services and logistics / shipping departments
- Develop and maintain accounts operating efficiency and as per SOP and service level agreement.
- Overall responsibility for operational performance, including the communication of account performance through monthly performance review meeting and KPI report
- Instigate continuous improvement processes to ensure excellent customer service to across all operational levels
- Ensure all local trade partners/suppliers are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations
- Timely communication between Global Agency Partners and local shippers are observed
- Proactive reporting and escalation of challenges and issues to relevant parties, including internal management team, agency partners and local shippers.
Job Requirements:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 3-5 years customer relationship experience within a similar role with proven business development & relationship management skills within a matrix centric organisation
- Proven experience in anticipating and championing innovation, value added services and supply chain transformation
- Strong expertise in commercial modelling and agility to build multi-dimensional commercial offerings
- High level influencing skills at senior levels within both internal and external stakeholder groups – can facilitate a collaborative approach
- Ability to Inspire and lead people during all business stages, both direct reports and peers
- Ability to work on multiple projects and levels and delegate were required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good MS Office knowledge and able to general reports / presentation materials effectively
- Fluent (written and verbal) in English
