Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for advise, follow up, coordinate, and facilitate sales teams and customers which include underwriting process, policy rights, change request, policy renewal, check outstanding premium, claim.
- Coordinate and solve problems regarding incoming documents from sales and customers. Check daily document log.
- Coordinate and solve problems regarding outgoing documents to sales and customers such as insurance policies in the customer service area.
- Report a summary of policy cancellation and customer satisfaction to the management.
- Provide strategies and report monthly summary of the number of customers who are convinced to keep their policy instead of cancelling.
- Visitor and customer facilitation which includes providing visitor ID to visitors and greeting customers at marketing events.
- Work closely with Senior, Operational and other relevant team.
- Carry out other duties as requested by line manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degrees in psychology, management, or related field.
- 1 year experience required in customer service
- Computer literacy
- Good command in English
- Critical thinking, communication,
- Good coordination
- Good interpersonal skills, and service mind
- Good analytical skill, planning, controlling, following, assessing
- Able to work under pressure
