Job Responsibilities:
· Welcoming Guest or client who need any information

· Managing the reception area in a good looking environment and clean

· Help transferring the message from outside call to the relevant department or person

· Controlling and recording in coming envelop and distribute it to the right target

· Recording the data of the document and receiver

· Manage the in and out of the client properly

· Work closely with all relevant department in order to provide good and value added services

· Pass all the needed services by the client to the right person

· Help the other departments to copy or preparing any document if needed

· Willing to learn all insurance policies as requires by the company
Job Requirements:
Fresh Graduated Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Finance or others

· Relevant working experience with Customer Services

· High commitment, be able to face the problem and efficiently solve it out

· Effective presentation and negotiation skills, good at social-networking

· Possess positive attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to work both independently and as a team

· Understanding aspects of Customer Services

· Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point…)

· Able to assist and help the client efficiently
