Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and help them buy/use Toyota Quality and
Genuine Parts
- Maximize customers traffic in workshop with high retention
rate
- Conduct quality check before delivery to make sure all jobs
are done properly
- Well explain to customers about all the points of current
repair done and invite them for next service
- Use Electronic Parts Check to find correct parts number and
check parts stock availability
- Prepare quotation and invoice for both parts and service
- Record lost sales for both parts and service availability
- Handle customers complaint based on fact
- Conduct product proposal regularly to boost parts and labor
sales (Help customer to buy NOT Push)
- Do the follow up call to all pending product proposals and
quotations and update the report to supervisor
- Perform other jobs as assigned by Leader/Manager.
Job Requirements:
- University Degree in marketing or other related
fields.
- Excellent knowledge of communication and convening skill.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Speedy and accuracy jobs requirement.
- Strong time management and Result-orients toward
the job.
- Good at Chinese and English language ( Speaking
writing and listening skill)
