Job Responsibilities:
• Lead in developing standard operating procedure in managing the business
• Focus on developing the business strategy and manage the team to implement the strategy effectively
• Responsible for developing sale and marketing strategies by ensuring top and bottom line are in line with the budget
• Initiate in coming up with new business idea and prepare business plan for management consideration
• Lead in developing new products and services from inception to commercialization
• Responsible for developing annual business plan along with the key performance indication
• Monitor the performance of the business and report regulator to the management team
• Overseeing the day to day management of the business development to maintain business profit
• Analyzing the performance of the current products and proposed changes as per required to make it competitive
• Review the current process and workflow and make necessary recommendation to changes to smoothen the operation and maximize profit
• Monitoring customer satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery
• Handling all member complaints and investigating
Job Requirements:
• Holds a Degree of Business Management with relevant work experience in a business development role
• Minimum of 5 years working experience with sale management, marketing and product development
• Good working knowledge of bank, microfinance and leasing operation with a plus of having experience in other sector such as restaurant, real-estate…
• Good project management skill
• Very good in communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build strong, productive relationship
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth
• Ambitious and target focused with a drive to succeed.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally;
• Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality;
• Independent, results oriented and creative
• Work well in a team and be well presented with a professional manner
