Job Responsibilities:
** Job Purpose
The Quality Manager (QM) is responsible for the overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) In order to upport the best decisions regarding quality, the QM needs to identify and measures the costs of quality (CoQ)/ and non-quality in the company. S/he is responsible for the definition and implemention of all processes and procedures within the company.

* Implement Quality Programs
- Responsible for implementing a quality program throughout the organization.
- Manage and update the Company Quality Reference System.
- Co-ordinate the definition and distribution of Company Processes and Procedures.
- Propose preventive measures, promote and implement improvement programs.
- Prepare Management Review meetings of the Quality System.
- Manage Company document system ensuring its maintenance and updating, cooperating with different company functions.

* Share best practices and industry standards.
- Research and share information related to quality improvement and applicable to the company
- Main point of contact for quality matters, quality measures and "best in industry" standards.

* Monitor and control processes
- Implement quality performance measures to monitor quality improvements.
- Responsible for inspecting, sampling, testing operational and support processes.
- Ensure full documentation of each process and effective measurements.
- Allocate Quality employees to various duties and/or projects.
- Streamline processes for best efficiency.
- Plan and supervise Quality System Audits and evaluates any necessary corrective actions.
- Plan and assess project audit results and analyses of non-conformity.

* Customer satisfaction
- Supervise the definition and implementation of partner’s satisfaction tools and activities.
- Use customer satisfaction surveys to understand what the partners consider important.
- Implement quality measures to address and monitor, the company performance against the partner’s expectations.

* Promote Quality in the company
- Promote the company quality culture.
- Implement best practices workshops to keep the company’s employees updated on policy and process changes.
- Train all personnel about Quality System issues management and methodologies and implement the necessary training Programs for Quality personnel.
- Evaluate the Quality Systems of suppliers and sub-contractors during the pre-qualification phase.

* Continuous Improvement
- Continuously improve products, services, processes over time which could be small, major or breakthrough.
- Continuously analyze issues encountered during or past, to develop lessons learnt and correct them over
Job Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in company quality control or facilitate for ISO application in construction sector preferably
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- Degree in Quality Control is a plus
