Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR support and manage the day-to-day HR operations;
• Deliver HR initiatives in collaboration with GHR, business leaders/stakeholders and in alignment with the company aspiration and core values;
• Work closely with GHR on every HR matters; and comply with Group Policy;
• Lead and coach direct team as applicable to deliver results and facilitate career growth of the team;
• Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment activities up to onboarding;
• Process monthly payroll on timely basis; handle all relevant matters relating to statutory bodies;
• Ensure employee information is maintained and updated from time to time;
• Manage employee confirmation, movements, performance appraisal, performance issues and misconducts;
• Handle staff welfare matters; conduct exit interview, analyze the data and define action plans for retention;
• Act as intermediary between employers and employees in providing the best solutions;
• Work closely with line managers; guiding them in understanding the policies and ensuring policies and procedures are conformed by all employees;
• Provide reports and information as and when required by GHR and Head of BU;
• Drive problem solving, continuous improvement projects and any other initiatives as assigned;
• Record and check daily employee attendance by using time attendance system; employee leave management;
• Manage office administrations;
• Other ad-hoc tasks relating to HR and Administrations.
Job Requirements:
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification in any disciplines complemented with relevant experience;
• Good Command of English;
• Minimum 8 years’ experience as a HR generalist;
• Well-versed with the local Labour Laws and statutory laws;
• The incumbent must be meticulous, reliable, compliance with sops and deadlines, and able to maintain confidentiality of information;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with great sense of urgency;
• 5.5 working days: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) AND every Saturday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
