Job Responsibilities: | |
- Formulate and execute the strategy for customer mobile banking and digital banking for company - Work with product and technical team to provide simple and easy user experience and interaction - Utilize customer insights and data to continuously enhance a seamless customer experience, increasing loyalty and usage - Identify business opportunities for improving competitiveness of digital banking channel - Create and enhance brand perception, customer satisfactions and marketing support activities to increase active customer usage with the CMB and digital channel - Collaborate with relevant departments and management to implement the digital banking initiatives - Perform pre-studies and pilot test for new digital channel offerings - Any other tasks as deemed necessary and requested by Head of Channel and Operation or company’s Management |

Job Requirements: | |
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferable - At least 5 years’ industry experience in similar roles, preferably with a significant track record in managing digital channels - In depth understanding of design fundamentals in the digital landscape - Proven record in driving digital channel initiative with success - Strong leadership, logic, reasoning, problem solving and communication skills - Fluent in English - Proficient with Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint |
