Job Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO by managing daily/weekly calendars to ensure that the usage of time is maximized and allocated to the highest priorities and impact areas.
- Plan and organize the meeting appointment with internally and externally stakeholders;
- Work-cross functionally in preparation for company meeting, communication etc.…;
- Prepared, review documents, and expenses reports;
- Actively anticipate executives needs and solve challenges before they escalate;
- Maintains deep knowledges of company operations, policies, and procedures
- Effectively manage the details of highly confidential and critically company’s projects;
- Performs routine administrative and logistics duties, like answering calls and correspondence, filling, faxing etc.…;
- Responsible for translating confidential documents per requested (Chines, English, Khmer and via visa);
- Welcome and looking after visitors in necessary;
- Performs another task required by CEO;
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance and Banking, Law, and another related field;
- Minimum 2 Years of secretarial experience, strong experiences in dealing with multi-tasks
- Strong ability to coordinate the interact with management level
- Good proficiency to computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet Searching etc.)
- Must be service-minded and solution-oriented individual
- Must be responsible, self-motivated and high committed individual
- Possess outstanding social competence with positive working attitude
