Job Responsibilities:
1.Quality of Head teacher and teacher :
- Hire, Train, Orientate, Consult, Motivate and Lead Head of teacher & teacher
- Conduct teacher observation, weekly training, class observation, teacher evaluation process to ensure the total quality
- Identify and support and head teachers and teachers’ needs and issues including Visa, work permit, payment and etc.
2.Quality of Curriculum & Guideline & Work Flow
- Academic programs and program development GEP, Skill (SPL and W/R), TOEFL Public Speaking, ADE, DEE, Weekend Class, Skill (SPL and W/R), Khmer and IP program, Scholarship and extracurricular activities
- Course syllabuses, Teacher’s guide & handbook, Academic Calendar
- School competitions: Public speaking and Debate competition, Spelling Bee Contest, Football & Basketball Competition
- School events: Parent-Teacher Meeting, Field Trip, Open Day and Outstanding Award Ceremony and etc
- Development of academic programs and services for to student’s needs
- Exam, Examination process, Speaking test, Quizzes, and Result
- Conduct meeting, organize, collect and keep report
- Ensure effective implementation of Academic workflow.
3.Quality of Student :
- Excellent Student English Ability & Performance: Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening and Creativity
- Student Discipline & Morality with self-confidence
- Student Participation and Cooperation with internal and external events and competitions.
4.Quality of Classroom learning
- Excellent hygiene classroom of all time
- Monitor the report of class-schedules and class-size
- Do-round: control and monitor teaching and learning processes around the school building.
