Job Responsibilities:
- Manages clients and accounts assigned as well as builds good rapport and relationships to ensure business growth
- Updates and provides all necessary accounts information to support business decisions
- Analyzes the business challenges, practices, needs and requirements of clients to uncover needs and opportunities and proposes additional/new projects or service products.
- Prepares and presents project solutions/proposals to clients, including performing product demonstrations if required.
- Works closely with different departments on new/existing accounts for smooth transition and workflow to ensure that project deliverable are in line with clients’ requirements
- Discussing the products, services and advertising requirements of each particular client;
- Setting up meetings with clients and other agency staff;
- Working with the account service supervisor to brief media, creative and research staff, monitoring, production, event management, and digital media and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies;
- Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
- Assist department head to handling budgets and managing campaign costs;
- Writing reports, keeping records and financial details;
- Helping to secure new business;
- Work closely with head of department to monitor the profitability of accounts;
- Becoming familiar with the nature of clients' products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes to these;
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
- Arranging and attending meetings and reporting on key decisions
- Other duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Marketing or any related fields
- At least 1-3 years of related work experience
- Proficiency in English language or Chinese is an added advantage
- Accurate with Computer skills (Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skill
- Clear and articulate verbal and written communication
- Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Critical thinking skills
