Job Responsibilities:
- Develop business plan and implement client success programs.
- Analyzes the business challenges, practices, needs and requirements of clients to uncover needs and opportunities and proposes additional/new projects or service products.
- Lead account service team to help them achieving company’s goals
- Updates and provides all necessary accounts information to support business decisions
- Works closely with different departments on new/existing accounts for smooth transition and workflow to ensure that project deliverables are in line with clients’ requirements
- Become an expert in identifying challenges that our clients face
- Leverage your creativity, intellect to advance our company’s vision
- Proactively monitor results of your team’s projects and pivot strategy based on feedback and results
- Continuously coach your team to build and facilitate ongoing relationships with existing clients
- Identify new opportunities within the client’s company to drive and increase revenue
- Assist Account Service Team in creating client communication materials focused on acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Setting up meetings with clients and other agency staff;
- Working with the account service director to brief media, creative and research staff, monitoring, production, event management, and digital media and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies;
- Handling budgets and managing campaign costs;
- Other duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree of related field
- At least 5-7 years of progressive related work experience
- Proficiency in English language or Chinese is an added advantage
- Experience developing and leading other account managers
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Accurate with Computer skills (Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skill
- Clear and articulate verbal and written communication
- Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Critical thinking skills
