Job Responsibilities:
As a community associate, your responsibilities include:
Ensure the office premises are well kept in terms of cleanliness and comfort level.
Manage relationship with landlord and ensuring and building related issues are resolved to the shortest possible time frame.
Prepare budget reports and monitor expenses incurred from building management.
Planning of schedule for community based events.
Provide timely follow up and recommendation on matters relating to complaints and maintenance services.
Coordinate the F&B arrangement .
Provide support in office view tour.
Provide support in events planning relating to networking events.
Foster good relationship with users of the office.
Job Requirements:
To qualify for application of this position , you must:

Possess a Degree qualification from a recognized University.
Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing or customer services experience (preferably in Hospitality or Retail)
Strong communicator in English both written and verbal.
Local Singaporean candidates are preferred in this application.
Those with experience in managing business operations or with enterprising abilities are preferred.
Strong follow up & prioritization skills with the ability to multitask in various projects are preferred.
