Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze the market information, implement into annual sales medical plan and adapt according to market situation and fully implementation by the medical team.
- Maximizing the usage of all promotion materials and train medical representative on products knowledge, competitors’ profiles, products strategies, detailing products with brochures or clinical studies.
- Closely monitor the medical team’s activities to ensure that all planned activities will be conducted and follow the company policy.
- Organize medical meeting e.g. Symposia, products presentations, booth exhibitions, doctor’s presentation programs and any activities to promote the products and brand awareness.
- Maintain aggressive business growth and effectively launch new products in the market.
- Key opinion good leader management and strengthen relationship, supporting and cooperate within department and other department.
- Prepare sales plan and achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with sales team to target key pharmacies, hospitals, clinics and the wholesaler
- Collect and analyze market information, redefine annual strategic marketing plan accordingly and monitor the fully implementation by the team.
- Closely monitor the sales teams activities to ensure that all planned activities are actually conducted and that they follow the company compliance policies.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to Head of Commercial.
- Train Medical Team to product and to all SOPs related to the job.
- Hire new staff when required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years as Sales Manager in top Pharma MNC and exhibit strong compliance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing / Medical doctor
- Up-to date knowledge of market trends in pharmaceutical, healthcare and logistics industry in a plus.
- Excellent oral and written English communicate, capable of making effective presentations.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Strong commitment on Sales Target and Sales Orientation.
- Knowledge on Sales & Marketing Strategies and skills in planning.
- Ability to lead large team and to manage several accounts simultaneously.
- Good time management and able to meet deadlines
